Stage 1 PDI - Pre Delivery Inspection
During your Pre-Delivery Inspection, we will provide you with a PDI Form that will serve as the official record of the condition of your home before you move in. If there are any items recorded on the form, we will correct them within 30 days.
Stage 2 30 Days Form
We recommend that you complete this form on or about the 25th day after your date of possession and send one copy to us and another to Tarion. On this form you should include items that were listed on your Pre-Delivery Inspection Form that have not yet been addressed, as well as any new items that you have discovered since taking possession of your home. We will correct these items within 120 days.
Stage 3 One Year Form
List any warranted items on your One Year Form. Send one copy to us and another copy to Tarion. We will correct the items on your One Year Form within 120 days.
Stage 4 Two Year Form
List any warranted items on your Two Year Form. Send one copy to us and another copy to Tarion. We will correct the items on your Two Year Form within 120 days.
Stage 5 Major Structural Defect Form
A claim can be submitted at any time during the third year of possession of your new home, but no later than the end of the seventh year of possession. We will resolve the issue within 90 days.

Internal Pre-PDI Inspection
Prior to your Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI), we will do an internal Pre-PDI of our own. This is our way of ensuring your home will be as perfect and presentable as possible when you cross the threshold for the first time.
3. PDI Walkthrough – (1 week prior)
One week prior to your closing date, you will have the exciting opportunity to do a final walkthrough of your new home with one of our on-site representatives. We'll show you how everything works and give you useful homeowner tips. You will also complete a form which will enrol you in the TARION Warranty Program. Most importantly, you'll get to see everything you've been dreaming about come to life since you walked into one of our presentation centres.
We believe in letting our homeowners add some personal touches to their new home. That's why we offer the following customizations, at no additional charge.
- Deletion of wall
- Re- location of fireplace
- Change of one door swing
- Delete one wall and install another wall somewhere else
- Remove one door and install somewhere else
- Move one closet location
A new home just doesn't feel complete without freshly cut grass for the kids to play on or a paved driveway to park on. We understand the necessity of these two important items so we guarantee that your sod will be laid and your driveway paved within 3 to 8 months of moving in.
